Q:   In the past, the APP has supported an isolationist policy regarding treaties  with foreign countries.  Specifically, it had recommended allowing current  treaties to expire and refusing to enter new ones.  Also, it suggested withdrawing from the UN.  Has any of this changed?

The American Patriot Party is for US sovereignty,  Independent states rights and local control (9th and 10th amendments)  and that all treaties should sunset. To absolutely ignore all types of treaties I believe would be unrealistic. Limiting them to only emergency humanitarian relief or emergency status treaties such as in relation to war and war powers acts is a more feasible goal.

Please note that there is a big difference in isolationism and non interventionism.  We are not isolationists, but do believe in nonintervention.

This does not mean that we will not promote through education the benefits of freedom as the founders interpreted it, from the need for strong local legislative and inalienable rights of all men, as opposed to national arbitrary powers and collective socialism.

We do support withdrawing from the UN (web site front page left column), UN symbols stricken from use, and dispersal of all equipment back to the country of their origin.  The United nations being simply a single building where independent countries discuss openly, in view of all people, any problem that arises; but having no power in itself.
 

Q:  Previously, the APP has taken a very pro-military stance, recommending that veterans be declared tax exempt, etc. is this still so?

In regard of taxation and military, we support a tax system (No Names No Numbers Anonymity Tax - which see) that will remove the huge tax burden caused by the bureaucracy of government regulation. Presently by the American Heritage Foundation reports,  It costs 600 billion in regulation to collect the other 600 billion in taxes, this does not take in the additional huge "compliance costs" to private industry and people to comply with the regulations, nor does it factor in investigating, trying and incarcerating so called tax offenders for an average 48 months each which include doctor and dental. The above tax system will reduce the tax burden in half and remove income, property, sales and all other taxes save for toll (the above tax for states and counties), use (for roads etc. -tax directly for a particular use), Import (sole tax system for federal expenditures - collected by the states at ports of call) and voluntary tax such as lotteries.

Reducing the burden so that all people can afford taxes more readily, we believe is more important than providing relief for only the very few. This is covered with exerts on the
Anonymity Tax site. Placing taxes based on actual need, not on undefined general pooling for the government to spend at will; and providing security in all individuals person, property, business and affects (property)

Q: Does the American patriot Party support a strong National Defense.  Protecting our borders at any reasonable cost is Important. How can we enjoy our free society when its very future existence is being compromised? 

On strong military, The American Patriot Party is very supportive of a very strong America. What some may confuse in some of our stances, is the misunderstanding ofwhere the powers should lay in a free country.

These are found in many of the founders letters and is the reason that we suggest all state chairs to be very educated in the founding documents.  The understanding that history teaches strong lessons in the dangers of a  standing army that exceeds the strength of the civil powers (individuals,  not simply state powers)  is essential to security of a free state. The percentages are defined by the founders:

James Madison who wrote the Constitution together the Bill of Rights:

"The highest number to which a standing army can be carried in any country does not exceed one hundredth part of the souls, or one twenty-fifth part of the number able to bear arms.

This portion would not yield, in the United States, an army of more than twenty-five or thirty thousand men.
 
To these would be opposed a militia amounting to near half a million citizens with arms in their hands, "officered by men chosen from "among > themselves ", fighting for "their" common liberties and united and conducted by governments (local) possessingtheir affections and confidence.
 
It may well be doubted whether a militia "thus" circumstanced could ever be conquered by such a proportion of regular troops.
 
Besides the advantage of being armed, it forms a barrier against the enterprises of "ambition", more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of.

The governments of Europe are afraid to trust "the people" with arms.

If they did, the people would surely shake off the yoke of tyranny, as Americadid.

Let us not insult the free and gallant citizens of America with the suspicion  that they would be less able to defend the rights of which they would be in actual possession than the debased subjects of arbitrary power would be to rescue theirs from the hands of their oppressors."

Our stance is to increase the roll and preparedness of

1.) State controlled and organized "State Militias",
2.) County authorized, controlled and organized voluntary "County Militias" and
3.) Local Private Citizen authorized, controlled and organized "Citizen Militias";

in leadership and responsibility roles with the states and joint roles in limited areas with the standing federal army.

This will reduce the federal burden and shift national protection role within the states, to the states and to the people.

This will not effect operations, as in international events the chain of command will be structured as it is now to protect the entire United States, but would place safeguards as to the intent which is to protect state powers.

To give an example, the state national guard (organized state and county militias) would return to control by each of the states as was first created for. It worked before, it will work again.

So our stance is to strengthen, not to weaken.

 
Q: Among domestic issues, I am most concerned with education.  I am very much in favor of School Choice initiatives.  Is this harmonious with the APP's platform?


We are for school choice. States and local communities and individuals choice of home schooling and  private schools are encouraged. We are for removal of the federal department  of education,  the tax burden it creates and removal of its national control of private, state and local community schools as well as from home schools. Q: What is the parties stance on Same sex marriages, homosexuality and pornography?

As with the Constitution Party, the American Patriot Party opposes government recognition of same-sex unions, and believes state and local governments have the right to criminalize "offensive public sexual behavior"; Homosexuality is termed as a unnatural and mentally destructive habit that violates the natural rights of another; as it's participants have the physical ability of natural relations as nature had intended, but choose or have been indoctrinated not to;

This is a voluntary relinquishment of a natural right and acceptance of such,  which is inconsistent with the laws of freedom, placing it within the context  of both voluntary slavery and slavery. The party further opposes pornography,  believing the state and local governments possess the power to take a stand  against it.

The party stand is to protect privacy, but also to promote local community laws that allow greater powers to victims in civil courts to prosecute sodomy and past indoctrination of the innocent so to create an unfavorable atmosphere for those who misuse, deal in and market the destruction human lives.

The party maintains that citizens, local communities, county and state governments have the responsibility in preserving standards of decency in America. This is a local community, county and state power to regulate the crimes of slavery, voluntary slavery, sodomy and prostitution.

Samuel Adams: Liberty will not long survive the total extinction of morals. And: As long as the people are virtuous they cannot be subdued; but when once they lose their virtue they will be ready to surrender their liberties to the first external or internal invader.... If virtue and knowledge are diffused among the people, they will never be enslaved. This will be their great security .

John Locke: Civil Government:

. "I will not dispute now whether princes are exempt from the laws of their country, but this I am sure, they owe subjection to the laws of God and Nature. Nobody, no power can exempt them from the obligations of that eternal law."

John Locke: On Toleration:
Lastly, those are not at all to be tolerated who deny the being of a God.Promises, covenants, and oaths, which are the bonds of human society,  can have no hold upon an atheist. The taking away of God, though but even  in thought, dissolves all; besides also, those that by their atheism undermine  and destroy all religion, can have no pretence of religion whereupon to challenge  the "privilege" of a "toleration". As for other practical opinions, though not absolutely free from all error, if they do not tend to establish domination over others, or civil impunity to the Church in which they are taught, there can be no reason why they should not be tolerated.

Samuel Adams: Rights of the Colonists as Men:

"Just and true liberty, equal and impartial liberty" in matters spiritual and temporal, is a thing that all Men are clearly entitled to, by the eternal and immutable laws Of God and nature, as well as by the law of Nations, & all well grounded municipal laws, which must have their foundation in the former.--

"In regard to Religeon, mutual tolleration in the different professions thereof, is what all good and candid minds in all ages have ever practiced; and both by precept and example inculcated on mankind: And it is now generally agreed among christians that this spirit of toleration in the fullest extent consistent with the being of civil society "is the chief characteristical mark of the true church"1 & In so much that Mr. Lock has asserted, and proved beyond the possibility of contradiction on any solid ground, that such toleration ought to be extended to all whose doctrines are not subversive of society."

Samuel Adams: Rights of the Colonists as Christians:

These may be best understood by reading--and carefully studying the institutes  of the great Lawgiver and head of the Christian Church: which are to be found clearly written and promulgated in the New Testament--

John Adams: "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

Man may be imperfect, but creating laws on man's imperfections is a mistake that will continue to compound itself to the destruction of the country. We have a basis in God's and natures law that protect all, and grant great liberty under that law who do not attempt to corrupt its foundation and it's people. (See also Libertarian)


Q: What is APP's stance on Gambling?

Views gambling as a pastime that can be destructive and contributing to crime, but places it's allowance, limitations or prohibition in the hands of the states and local county communities; Such, with the power remove at a moment when a community or state finds it becomes or creates a criminal, or other aspect that is adverse their civil society; Is not opposed to state lotteries which are voluntary, for which earnings are distributed first to general health and education, then to highways. Opposed to any funds being placed into the control of private, state or federal environmental land trusts or other purchases that remove property from purchase and ownership by actual individuals; and is opposed to its use for state or local parks which should only derive their limited funds from park use (use tax) fees; That winnings are well dispersed and can never be "rolled over" but must distribute all winnings at each drawing cycle.


What is the APP's stance on drugs?

The party supports state and local county drug laws against mind altering and recreational drugs, limiting federal anti-drug "laws", carried out by the state and counties - not federal, to illegal importation; and federalforeign actions only against smugglers of such; See: Article 1 Section 8 and Amendment 10.


What is the APP's stance on abortion?

The American Patriot Party's official stance on abortion is first to defer the powers to local communities with a general opposition to both early and late-term abortions for convenience or in connection with criminal activity (prostitution).

The APP promotes education to victims from both church and state, and protection of victim's right to choose in the cases of rape, incest; This is as the state cannot place itself as a third party to impose involuntary servitude of a victim in forcing the victim to serve a criminal and bare the criminal a prince and perpetuity for his crime; Establishes however that such cases must be reported early and that there is a time limit as to this protection. Protections are also extended of abortions performed to save the life of the mother or in cases of grievously deformed fetuses.


Q: Can you briefly describe the APP's stance on illegal immigration, if any?


On Immigration: You can read a segment in "state party guidelines" regarding when presenting issues at bottom of page. It is a bit long so I just point you there with the link and a brief stance: In short, we believe in repairing the "real" problems of the corrupt Mexican Government, repairing the federal laws that "create the burdens" and creating a tax system that  reduces tax burdens to a point in which it is un-burdensome and paid by all those who visit our country also; Rendering much of the controversies of today to the greater extent nonexistent

We are not opposed to legal immigration; and though the borders need to be protected from enemies, border immigration has deeper ramifications based on the guarantees of the Declaration of Independence which prohibits limiting or placing harsh restrictions on immigration:

7th Grievance (one of the definitions of tyranny - See this link): "He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands."

See also the Alien and Sedition act which was thrown out; View the 1789 Virginia and Kentucky resolutions(shown on our Candidates Page, in full)  that denied the general government powers for the following and other reasons:

Kentucky Resolution, NULLIFYING the federal Alien and Sedition Acts within it's State in 1798 and establishing clearly that undeligated powers welded by the federal government are NULL & VOID:

 "...that the friendless alien has indeed been selected as the safest subject of "a first experiment"; but the citizen will soon follow, or rather, "has already followed", for already has a sedition act "marked him as its prey":

that "THESE" and successive ACTS
of the same character,unless arrested at the threshold, necessarily drive these States into "REVOLUTION and BLOOD" and will furnish new calumnies against republican government, and new pretexts for "THOSE"who wish it to be believed that man cannot be governed but by a rod of iron: that it would be a dangerous delusion were a confidence in the men of our choice to silence our fears for the safety of our rights: that confidence is everywhere the parent of despotismfree government is founded in jealousy, and NOT in confidence;

it is jealousy and not confidence which prescribes limited constitutions, to "BIND DOWN" THOSEwhom we are obliged to trust with power: that our Constitution has accordingly fixed the limits to which, and NO FURTHER, our "confidence" may go;

"...that
this commonwealth does admit the migration of alien friends, described as the subject of the said act concerning aliens: that a provision against prohibiting their migration, is a provision against all acts equivalent thereto, or it would be nugatory: that to remove them when migrated, is equivalent to a prohibition of their migration, and is, therefore, contrary to the said provision of the Constitution, and void"

The states have certain responsibilities and they should not convey those responsibilities to the general government that is limited to its delegated powers only.

Q: What is the American Patriot Party opinion of the Democratic, Republic, Libertarian and Constitutional parties?


On Other parties: It is obvious that all parties have strayed well away from the founders intents  of a limited independent states styled government.

Republicans and Democrats:

Where the Democrats have fallen into the depths of socialism through increased involvement with government programs and constituents that benefit from these entanglements such as government unions, The Republicans have fallen into fiscal socialism through their corporate entanglements; (See Socialism as Defined by the American Patriot Party and Privileges and Contracts)

The problem with these two, is that, do to the
inevitable progression of socialism and evolving art of the manipulation of laws through lobbying, they are beginning to merge. Bills that benefit government Unions and Corporations alike. Socialism is naturally progressive, and by allowing social collectives to exist without necessary checks it will be inevitable. See APP on Socialism and Privileges and Contracts).

This is extremely dangerous to freedom and "true free enterprise" (i.e. - non union, non corporate, non government, or non special interest nonprofit groups).

A sample is the CARA Bill
where Oil Companies were willing to expend Billions toward government who would take the money to condemn private lands in the lower 48 states for wildlife refuges, in return they would have exclusive rights to drill in Alaska;

It failed, but other bills such as the "Get Out and Go Act" and others are continually looking for weaknesses in freedoms armor;

Instead of fighting to open up the right for anyone to drill in Alaska, which would create a truly free market, oil companies (and other large corporations) are constantly playing both sides to create protectionism instead of freedom and true free trade.

The American Patriot Party is for a truly free market economy that eliminates regulations that favor the few; And opening opportunity, through the acknowledgmentof certain inalienable rights, for any single individual to buy and develop land any way that he wishes so long as he does not invade the equal rights of others.

The American Patriot Party is opposed environmental socialism encouraged and practiced by both the Republican and Democratic Parties and their unwillingness to curb the misuse by environmental groups that invade rights of private property owners; Further, we stand against such groups that affect and override local opinions with collective national and international lobby powers.

The American Patriot Party views environmentalism as a form of socialism and a danger to freedom, and moves to empower local communities, no matter how small, to dictate their own community issues. Public opinion defined by this party means those most directly affected, who actually live there, or within one mile of the center of the issue; or if the issue takes in a larger area of five miles or ten, no one beyond one mile of its effected area border; and if over 5 miles the public opinion issue will be divided in five mile groups or one mile groups to allow control of those areas by the most locally affected .   If beyond this, county but no further. All shall be divided into one or five mile increments as to the control by those most directly effected to dictate; but not state, nor national, nor international, nor by any government, group or person who does not live there or does not own property there. All such decided in a county court, not state, nor federal, even if it involves state or federal land. Such state and federal lands not given to the opinion or representation of the national or state collective of the people at large, but only to those people most effected in the areas described for which all powers are subject to respecting the rights and greater powers of the individuals within those areas.


The Libertarian Partyloves freedom, but fails to understand the term "Voluntary Slavery" or the basis and foundations for which freedom even exists; (See Links) A lack of understanding which straps their party to immorality (which plagues every country but strict Muslim or Christian countries). Their unwillingness to part from this and follow the intent of the Originating Founders of freedom, alienates them from most Americans even though a number of Americans join their party simply because their disdain of abuses from the two major parties to individual freedoms. Libertarians like to preach freedom, but fail to understand that freedom is defined, not anything you want it to be (a failure which is shared by the other parties as well). I think if more of their constituents that want the freedoms envisioned by the founders understood  this simple law of freedom, they would take this to heart and send their members that continue to embrace voluntary slavery and slavery of each other packing.

John Locke: Chapter 4: Of Slavery

Locke # 21:
The natural liberty of man is to be free from any superior power on earth, and not to be under the will or legislative authority of man, but to have only the "LAW of NATURE" for his rule.
(APP Note: See this exact wording in the Rights of the Colonists) The liberty of man in society is to be under no other legislative power but that establishedby consent in the commonwealth, nor under the dominion of any will, or restraint of any law, but what that legislative shall enact according to the trust put in it. Freedom, then, is NOT what Sir Robert Filmer tells us: "A liberty for every one to do what he LISTS (i.e. WANTS), to live as he pleases, and not to be tied by any laws"; but freedom of men under government is to have a standing rule to live by, common to every one of that society, and made by the legislative power erected in it. A liberty to follow my own will in all things where that rule prescribes  not, not to be subject to the inconstant, uncertain, unknown, arbitrary will  of another man, as freedom of nature is to be under no other restraint but the "law" of "Nature".


Here is the definition of Voluntary Slavery:

Samuel Adams, Rights of the Colonists, 1772:

"If men through fear, fraud or mistake, should in terms renounce and give up any essential natural right, the eternal law of reason and the great end of society, would absolutely vacate such renunciation; the right to freedom being the gift of God Almighty, it is NOT IN THE POWER OF MAN to ALIENATE THIS GIFT, and VOLUNTARILY BECOME A SLAVE."
 
Essential Natural Rights are defined in the opening paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence as:

 "...theLAWS of  NATURE and of NATURE'SGOD "ENTITLE" them"

The  Libertarian party believes that a person can do what he wishes with his own  body, which is true in most cases, however they go too far when they add the involvement with others, including giving up his or her entitled rights by nature and by God to another person; or when a personaccepts the relinquishment of those essential rights from another person.

The problem with this thinking, is that as soon as a person involves another person and essential natural rights are involved that are dictated by nature and natures God (not man); One person cannot give up those entitled rights to another person; This would be voluntary slavery on the part of one (or both) and slavery on the part of the other (or both).

Whenever natural rights are removed from a individual person, even voluntarily, there is always a victim.

In these cases, there is no such thing as a victimless crime.

Slavery (physical, moral or financial)
would never exist without those who would voluntarily or involuntarilyaccept the relinquishment of those rights to others short of death (voluntary slavery), and those that would accept that relinquishment of others unto themselves (slavery).

Both are Slavery, and prohibited by the Constitution:

Amendment IX: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution,

This allows the states, local communities and people to mutually guard against it.


The Constitution Partyhas a close relationship to the American Patriot Party in that they wish to return the country to the principles it was founded on;

The difference is that they do not go far enough in their understanding of the Originating Founders intent of states rights. It is a misconception that the Constitution "gives" Americans Rights through the Bill of Rights; The Constitution simply "limits" the "Federal" government from taking away rights that "by God" you "
already possess" even those rights that are not presented in the Bill of Rights - See Mr. Marshall's Statement Below in this segment. And which even you cannot give away or sell to others as this would be voluntary slavery; nor can you be taken by "involuntary servitude".

The differences of our two parties become wider when the issues we both hold  come into the arena of how the American Patriot Party intends to make those  changes. These differences will be presented on our

It is our view that the Constitutional Party hopes to make changes to come more from the federal government in areas the federal government has NO Constitutional powers to establish.

The American Patriot Party along with proposing major federal limitations in powers and bureaucratic reductions, directs the states and counties to take hold of the powers they already possess to make changes in their state; and with this power, make additional state reductions and limitations as were intended by the Founders in the states relations with the federal government.

Further, we hold that the Constitution is very limited in its powers and is subject to earlier oaths,retained rights and definitions, and cannot be applied as a sole foundation in which to derive law:

Our stand is that the states and local communities are not using the powers they already, and will continue to, possess.

The differences here are similar to the Anti Federalist and Federalist debates  and the limitations that should be placed upon the federal government and  their involvement with the states. We believe if the Constitution party would  embrace a stronger states rights position and not try to rule the entire country from the national pulpit; or through establishing lawsor prescience in law through doubtful or undeligated Constitutional or federal powers. That by taking a stronger states rights solution, the communities they wish to protect would have the power toprotect themselves; This stance will encourage stronger local community and county powers over even state powers for solutions to local issues to reduce state born burdens of state bureaucracies and adverse effects of
distant legislatures (see link) even within the states.

The stands on issues that the American Patriot party Presents are in no way entirely new. And go back before the federalist and anti federalist issues in the conflicts between individual freedoms and States Rights verses Federal styled Nationalism.

The American Patriot Party foundations are those established in the original intents of freedom as it was defined
during and before the Revolutionary War. They are what every patriot of freedom fought for and establish through the Declaration of Independence.


Q: Does the American Patriot Party believe the states should secede or have the power to?


The APP presents that so long as the federal government is restrained within its "delegated" powers that the federal government should remain, and for the sole purpose of itsoriginal delegated powers including providing for the welfare (i.e. military protection only, as intended) defending the United States from foreign assault; or at the request of the state to protect their republican form of government.

The party however asserts the rights of states to secede without interference  from the Federal Government as clearly indicated within the Constitutional  debates as a
"additional safeguard to their defense". (See James Madison Statement below)

Declaration of Independence: When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth theseparate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

This Right is actually derived from earlier rights established in the Rights of the Colonists:

Q: What is the American Patriot Party stance on National Identification and also of Social Security numbers.


The American Patriot Party stands firmly against National ID for man, animal or other property.

National ID is a creature and instrument of despotism and a power not delegated to the general government.

Such an act will establish the federal government as tyrant;

Wherein our party stance would be to make any such law within any state null and void, as was done by the states with regard to the Alien and Sedition act and to remove it.

The party is also opposed to giving social security numbers to children at birth as it is directly in opposition to the freedom of choice.

John Locke, A Letter Concerning Civil Government :

Locke # 118: "...that a child is born a subject of no country nor government.
He is under his father's tuition and authority till he come to age of discretion, and then he is a free man, at liberty what government he will put himself under, what body politic he will unite himself to.

119. Every man being, as has been showed, naturally free, and nothing being able to put him into subjection to any earthly power, but only his own consent.

Social Security numbers are for social security, and should be bared from being used for National ID or any other purpose but for social security.


Q: What is the APP stance on income tax and taxes?


The party supports the repeal of the Sixteenth Amendment, which allows Congress to tax individual income, as it is in direct conflict with the 17th Grievance of the Declaration of Independence which establishes taxation without consent as tyranny;

The federal government is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED from ARROGATING ANY NEW power which had not been granted in the Constitution.
This includes using the "Ratifying and Amendment" process which is LIMITED to making changes ONLY WITHIN the DELEGATED powers;See: Virginia Ratifying Convention: 6-16-1788 ; The federal government CANNOT prosecute but ONLY FOUR crimes as listed in the Constitution, See Thomas Jefferson(Virginia and) Kentucky Resolutions #2; Creating an income tax and then prosecuting "the crime created" for non compliance or evasion, is unconstitutional and an ARROGATION of a new power. Also, the Federal Government cannot govern police outside the 10 miles square of Washington  DC -  See: Virginia Ratifying Convention: 6-16-1788.

The "Income tax", as well as any "FlatTax" or "FairTax" are UNENUMERATED Flat percentage taxes. We oppose all unenumerated taxes; The Original Constitution for good and necessary purpose, the Founders limited taxation to be enumerated, consensus taken "BEFORE" taxes were collected; This limits the amount of money given to the federal government to a consensual grant by the people.

Flat unenumerated percentage taxes whether on income, sales or other, grant unlimited funds to government where they decide what the "government" wants to use it for, AFTER they receive it;

 This allows the federal government to become corrupt; as well as hold the wealth of the entire country at ransom, as seen by the use of
FederalMANDATES to force states to comply to federal impositions to have money that should never have left the people,  be returned to the state... only to be spent by the state to create mandated bureaucracies and more government employment dependency and unconstitutional arrogated federal regulations.   

The American Patriot Party promotes the
Anonymity Tax. A tax system where the federal government will derive tax revenue from import taxes alone that will be collected by the states at Ports of Call;

The states and counties will derive their tax revenue from a
no names no numbers automated toll tax that will remove all forms of present taxation but for Use and Voluntary (non-poll established).

This will make a clear division of where and how taxes are collected and will completely remove the IRS and the need for it.

This will also remove the burden of tax regulation costs - "600 billion" to collect the other 700 billion in direct taxation (Heritage Foundation reports); Remove 1.2 trillion in Compliance costs; Remove millions in Incarceration costs (including high cost of medical and dental while incarcerated) and legal costs (attorney, court, investigators, accountants)  to prosecute violators, as the new system will reduce the violation to a small traffic ticket.

What is the APP's Fiscal policy?


The American Patriot Party supports reducing the role of the United States federal government through reducing the federal involvement with the states thereby cutting double layered bureaucratic regulation, removal of unions and manipulation from within all government agencies and departments (state and federal) to establish local community control, force reduction of spending, and replacing the income tax with a automated Anonymity Tax (no names no numbers toll tax) for states and counties; establish a import tax collected by states for federal revenues; Such taxation established to remove the IRS and federal collection of revenues from the American public. This division and form of tax collection removes all other forms of taxation, save for limited use and voluntary taxes (not poll determined) within the states and counties; Its leaders are strong advocates of abolishing all other forms of federal taxation, including the income tax; They view most current regular federal expenditures, such as those for health care, education, and welfare, as unconstitutional under Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution and the Tenth Amendment.

The party supports paying off the federal debt through a systematic elimination of further borrowing and what they consider unconstitutional programs and agencies such as the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services. The party opposes most foreign aid except in life and death situations or in water deployment projects to aid in self sufficiency; The party is adamant about the United States termination of its participation in international lending institutions and the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and the Export-Import Bank and to place all monetary control into the hands of the United States where comprehensive monthly national audit reports will be published throughout all 50 United States and its Territories. It also urges the government to immediately terminate all subsidies, tax preferences, and investment guarantees that encourage U.S. businesses to invest in foreign property; and to seek to collect all foreign debts owed to it.


What is the APP's Foreign policy?


The party favors a noninterventionist foreign policy. It advocates immediate withdraw of the United States from the United Nations reducing the United Nations to simply a room to where each country will decide how it will react independently to any situation; and withdraw from all other multinational and international organizations. Proposes immediate withdrawal of the United States from most current treaties, such as NAFTA, GATT, and the World Trade Organization. The party promotes free trade without federal taxation within the United States and free trade activity but taxable international trade collected by the states at ports of call to support the national defense and delegated functions of the federal government.


What is the APP's Social policy?


The party also believes in removing federal and state mandated zoning of local communities, federal EPA and other harsh restrictions, while states retain practical building codes and county and state DEQ. Proposes county controls over social collectives to protect private enterprise, promotes highly localized monopoly laws to limit land and water control by large collectives such as fictitious individuals (corporations), Unions, Special Interests, environmental land trusts; and aims to stop the expansion of federal lands within the states, further transferring all federal lands into the ownership and control of the counties to reduce double layered bureaucracies and to better serve the needs and wants of local communities(See the Dangers of Distant Legislatures).

Q: How do we start a American Patriot Party in our State?


There is a page entitled State Party Guidelines that outlines a few suggestions on developing state party image and promotion.

Since State parties are free standing parties, they create a state party under their state political party rules and regulations. Each state party should contact their state elections division, read all the laws and become well acquainted with those laws.

Beyond that, educating all their members to the founders letters, Declaration of Independence and following APP Platforms and Goals is the only requirements. Within these guidelines the states develop their own state parties solving the issues of their state.


Q: Does the American Patriot Party Believe in conspiracy theories?


Regarding Questions on Conspiracy issues:  The answer is no. Our stands are based on laws established by the originating founders and the Declaration of Independence, so the party stand on any "conspiracy" is moot; If there is a conflicting issue to certain rights or liberties, foreign or domestic, we will give an official stand based on those rights and liberties and set ourselves against any law or stance that attempts to corrupt these.

Our plan is to remove those laws or conditions that allow any manipulation of our most cherished laws to exist;.


Q: What does the "States Liberty Bill" being written entail?


Presently, the federal government has become a funnel for regulations not only from the federal government, but as a avenue for international interests, special interests and foreign manipulation. Remove the funnel, and these will stop.

To do this, the federal government, its double (and triple) layered regulation  (federal over state over county) must be disassembled.

The States Liberty Bill being worked upon does this by creating a opportunity for the government dependent bureaucracy to assimilate into a free market society as the bureaucracy is reduced or in many areas eliminated completely.

Presently, harsh zoning regulations and environmental regulations (not building codes or obvious pollution regulation where necessary) and other free enterprise regulations on business, much based on esthetics  or local profiteering by city governments, make it extremely difficult for the individual to compete against
STATE BORN EXCLUSIVE PRIVILEGED COLLECTIVES - corporations, unions, special interest  (so called nonprofit yet highly lucrative groups and agencies) and government  agencies themselves (see link).

Instead of improving opportunities, these regulations cause a condition that makes individuals, unable or not willing to compete against such odds, to jump into the open arms of either the social government bureaucracy or one of the groups previously mentioned. All of which are social bureaucracies by way of their operation
(if it operates like a socialism, it is socialism, no matter what it is called and no matter how many American flags you fly over it).

This increases the
"burden" of taxation on individuals and makes them further dependent on others. This is not conducive to truly free enterprise.

The States Liberty Bill has ten parts, which include the three below (see link for more):

1.) Removal of all federal lands from within the states. Removal of all nonessential federal agencies within the states. All federal lands within each state transferred with complete title free of encumbrances to the counties of the states; Those lands within each county to be in complete ownership and control of the individual counties of each state so that the state does not assume or apply the same burdens of a bureaucracy from it's distant legislatures on the local communities of any of the counties.

2.) Removal of all zoning laws (as previously explained). Zoning often touted as "controlled growth" actually only controls people , not growth. Corporate and Union contractors can build thousand of homes; where the individual will be blocked from dividing a small tract for his sons and daughters to build on.  Government builds government offices wherever they please to expand room for greater bureaucracy, yet the individual is heavily burdened with regulations for the smallest division or betterment. This part of this bill will allow for growth in the free market and to allow openings for jobs lost in the reduction of the federal and state bureaucracies.

3.)
Implementation of a No Names No Numbers Tax System (which see) .

This automated and freedom enhancing tax puts all other "so called" better tax systems (fair tax, equal tax, etc.) to shame; As this tax system removes  the "burden" of regulation from the tax (cutting burden 50% or more); removes  the intrusiveness into private business; removes compliance costs; removes  harsh criminal aspect of non payment, as it reduces it to a small traffic  infraction; removes the costly burdens caused by incarceration of "so called"  tax criminals.

This system actually removes the IRS, separates the federal government from collecting any tax revenue, as states will collect it for the federal government at Ports of Call. Separates the federal government from collecting money from any average us citizen as it will rely solely on imports only for its operation, including visitors. This is also another way to actually solve the costs incurred at our borders instead of chasing them away.

The states and counties will collect through automated nameless toll tax system that will tied to each state and county direct needs presented at the voting booths and placed into separate accounts that are ear tagged solely for the service voted upon and not available to government manipulations of funds. This small incremental toll tax will be collected from anyone who drives and kept small to increase commerce that will actually increase the availability for "needed and voted upon revenues".

This will also collect tax from visitors from our country as they travel through out our country. The tax being so dispersed over the entire population will lower the burden of tax for everyone, this includes the poorest who by way of present tax systems simply pay the "burden" of the tax as it is factored into the product being sold to them. 

This is the reason you cannot tax wealth as it simply gets factored into the product. The wealthy may pay the tax (hand it to the government), but the burden of the tax is paid by the person or consumer that cannot defer or "write off" the tax further. The poorest paying the highest burden in percentage to their income. The harder you tax wealth, the harder the burden on the poor. (1.00 product taxed .25 cents usually costs 1.25 in the market, the consumer pays 1.25 and the company pays the .25 to the government to cover the tax ); 

Republicans, Democrats and other parties use this to confuse the public; The Republicans say the large corporations pay more tax that the general public, and still fund huge tax bills or expenditures; The Democrats say they want higher taxes to punish the wealthy, then, create more burdens by creating more social dependency through government programs. A mad vicious cycle that increases the "burden" on everyone.

Note that this transfer of burden will also occur on import taxes that the federal government will be receiving collected by the states through this bill, but the poor will have a choice of whether or not to purchase imported goods; some imported goods may compete in overall cost (tax and product cost) that may seem favorable to all consumers.

But the main benefit to this tax system is the enhancement of freedom. The federal government will have no business in your business. You will be "Secure in your person, papers and effects (property)". This as the federal government will have no record of who you are or what you own or what your business is. You will require no paperwork or receipts except that which you wish to retain for your own necessary records. Free trade within the US will be truly free trade.

Income, property, sales, death, inheritance, and all other taxes, except Use taxes paid directly for the service intended (not general fund) andvoluntary taxes (such as lottery) also paid for services intended,will be abolished.

If you own property, you will own property absolutely. Further you will not  be taxed for bettering yourself in that property. A poor man can save up to buy a small piece of land, divide it or build a mansion from the rocks on the land and owe no one nothing. This will provide incentive offered of true freedom to everyone.

Localized county monopoly laws will be empowered to protect against any blatant abuses in power or unfair trade practices by the extremely wealthy or corrupt., and judicial safeguards set.

Local communities will be empowered to remove threats from federal, state, and county misuses or abusive powers and controls.

The American Patriot Party has some of the basic information such as the Declaration of Independence and Constitution.  However, there are many Internet sites that establish the basis of our party through founders letters including the Library of Congress.

Thirdly,The supreme power cannot Justly take from any man, "ANY PART" of his property without his "CONSENT", in person "OR" by his Representative.--

These are some of the first principles of natural law & Justice, and the great Barriers of all free states
, and of the British Constitution in particular. It is utterly irreconcilable to these principles, and to many other fundamental maxims of the common law, common sense and reason, that a British house of commons, should have a right, at pleasure, to give and grant the property of the Colonists. That these Colonists are well entitled to all the essential rights, liberties and privileges of men and freemen, born in Britain, is manifest, not only from the Colony charter, in general, but acts of the British Parliament. The statute of the 13th of George 2. c. 7. naturalizes even foreigners after seven years residence. The words of the Massachusetts Charter are these, "And further our will and pleasure is, and we do hereby for us, our heirs and successors, grant establish and ordain, that all and every of the subjects of us, our heirs and successors,  which shall go to and inhabit within our said province or territory and every of their children which shall happen to be born there, or on the seas in going thither, or returning from thence shall have and enjoy, all liberties and immunities of free and natural subjects within any of the dominions of us, our heirs and successors, to all intents constructions & purposes whatsoever as if they and every of them were born within this our Realm of England."

Now what liberty can there be, where property is taken away without consent? Can it be said with any colour of truth and Justice, that this Continent of three thousand miles in length, and a breadth as yet unexplored, in which however, its supposed, there are five millions of people, has the least voice, vote or influence in the decisions of the British Parliament? Have they, all together, any more right or power to return a single member to that house of commons, who have not inadvertently, but deliberately assumed a power to dispose of their lives, Liberties and properties, than to choose an Emperor of China! Had the Colonists a right to return members to the British parliament, it would only be hurtful; as from their local situation and circumstances  it is impossible they should be ever truly and properly represented there.  The inhabitants of this country in all probability in a few years will be  more numerous, than those of Great Britain and Ireland together; yet it is  absurdly expected [Volume 5, Page 397] by the promoters of the present measures,  that these, with their posterity to all generations, should be easy while  their property, shall be disposed of by a house of commons at three thousand  miles distant from them; and who cannot be supposed to have the least care  or concern for their real interest: Who have not only no natural care for  their interest, but must be in effect bribed against it; as every burden they lay on the colonists is so much saved or gained to themselves. Hitherto many of the Colonists have been free from Quit Rents; but if the breath of a British house of commons can originate an act for taking away all our money, our lands will go next or be subject to rack rents from haughty and relentless  landlords who will ride at ease, while we are trodden in the dirt. The Colonists  have been branded with the odious names of traitors and rebels, only for complaining of their grievances; How long such treatment will, or ought to be born is submitted.

No. We do not. Members of these groups need not apply. Any member of those groups that should happen to find membership in this party, their membership is void.

" In regard to Religeon, mutual tolleration in the different professions thereof, is what all good and candid minds in all ages have ever practiced; and both by precept and example inculcated on mankind: And it is now generally agreed among Christians that this spirit of toleration in the fullest extent consistent with the being of civil society "is the chief characteristical mark of the true church"1 & In so much that Mr. Lock has asserted, and proved beyond the possibility of contradiction on any solid ground, that such toleration ought to be extended to all whose doctrines are not subversive of society. The only Sects which he thinks ought to be, and which by all wise laws are excluded from such toleration, are those who teach Doctrines subversive of the Civil Government under which they live. Note  that the "old Catholic" and "Papists" were at one time as "intolerable" to  society as the "radical" Islamic groups of today (making the distinction between those that are not); The Founders were clear as to theirs and our party stand is on this issue.

Q: What happened to the earlier APP?


On the early party issues, as the Oregon Chair, I  can only offer what I could gather from a general distant view and personal opinion. 

The changes, which in early 2006 resulted in a simple walk away by the national due to conditions that occurred within the national personnel arising from party management issues.

Between 2004 and 2005, national chairs changed about three or four times, once from a take over which the previous Chair did not even know he was out for some time because there was what seemed to be so little communication between any of the national committee persons.

Some of what I perceived as problem issues we have tried to eliminate by defining the party stands better so that state chairs and members do not have to guess as to what the party stands for.

1.) A great deal of trouble was caused by the infiltration of people with their own agendas, from people drifting in from other parties, and from people that had no concept of freedom or historical definitions becoming members and posting on a open APP discussion board.

What seemed to be a great idea, became a disaster as people began posting threads and titles that made made the APP look at first glance a left wing party... (union labor, liberal left etc. presented for lack of exact definitions). The national could not keep up or efficiently correct the views that had been posted, and most did not want any board censorship as it would be impossible to keep track of what was said and what wasn't said, as great chunks would be left out of the thread. A problem which also occurred when Chairs or members would remove their own views from the threads. A absolute nightmare from those who experienced it. This is why we only have FAQ and party stands pages. This establishes a solid image of the party stands on issues and removes the confusion.

2.) It is my opinion that a few (certainly not all) members did not understand the foundations of freedom as it was defined by the founders, and did not want to study them; choosing to fight issues or propose solutions with modern interpretation, modern reasoning without regard for the earlier foundations or not going far enough back in history to find out what the true intent of the founders were.

Establishing laws without regard to
freedoms foundations (which see) directly relates to the warnings of Patrick Henry:

When our government was first instituted in Virginia, we "declared" the "common law" of England to be >>>>"in force"   .

That system of law which has been admired, and "has protected us and our >>>ancestors   ",", is excluded by that system. Added to this, we adopted a bill of rights. By this Constitution, some of the best barriers of human rights are "thrown away". Is there not an additional reason to have a bill of rights?

By the ancient common law, the trial of all facts is decided by a jury of impartial men from the immediate vicinage. This paper speaks of different juries from the common law in criminal cases; and in civil controversies {447} excludes trial by jury altogether. There is, therefore, more occasion for the "supplementary check" of a "bill of rights" now than then. Congress, from their general, powers, may fully go into business of "human" legislation".


APP: This is a very important note of caution, as complete human legislation omits the laws of God and Nature which are the foundations of all freedoms;

New ideas are all right so long as they are founded in the foundations of freedom having the same goals in mind and operation, and not simply created "arbitrarily" from man's invention.
 


Rights of the Colonists as Men:

"Just and true liberty, equal and impartial liberty" in matters spiritual and temporal, is a thing that all Men are clearly entitled to, by the eternal and immutable laws Of God and nature, as well as by the law of Nations, & all well grounded municipal laws, ...

Rights of the Colonists as Subjects:

...Secondly, The Legislative has no right to absolute "arbitrary" power over the lives and fortunes of the people:
Nor can mortals assume a prerogative, not only too high for men, but for Angels; and therefore reserved for the exercise of the Deity alone.--

"The Legislative cannot Justly assume to itself a power to rule by extempore "arbitrary" decrees; but it is bound to see that Justice is dispensed, and that the rights of the subjects be decided, by promulgated, standing and "known" laws,
Other issues arose that the national tried too hard to not establish stands that would upset the state chairs or members, which as presented above became so varied in views and positions it would be impossible to please anyone. This became very apparent on the discussion board;

This seem to stem in part from not defining what "Statesmanship" was in relation to the party. This in my mind was a critical problem as without this definition that the party was presenting as their number one motto "...pledge to be statesmen, not politicians"; They had no definition to it, but to allow the states to define it any way they wanted. i.e. Hitler was considered a great "statesman" by some; So without definition, there was no real meaning with regard to the stand of the party. We therefore defined it by the intent of the Originating Founders as certain, inalienable rights, as founders had defined it. There is now no question as to what it means in regard to our party. Our new motto: Inalienable Rights, States Rights, Local Control reflects this definition.

The earlier attempt to build a foundation from the Constitution "by itself" was, we believe, another critical problem; as the Constitution is a document that for the most part regulates the federal government and its whole existence is dependent upon the Declaration of Independence and the Founders intent. The Constitution does not establish freedom, The Declaration of Independence and the Founders letters, which are based on hundreds of years of earlier history still, and defines the intent as well as the meaning, does.

This should not overshadow the fact that the earlier APP party founders made a courageous effort in establishing the American Patriot Party and should be commended in all of their hard work and vision.

This necessity of our members to be educated in freedom's foundations, is why we have placed great importance on reading the early history, The Magna Carta, Rights of the Colonists and the Originating Founders letters. When in doubt, do not read Hamilton (a royalist who questioned the freedom of speech), read Patrick Henry (who understood true liberty and espoused the freedom of speech).

We will end this with a words of caution by Patrick Henry (Founder and anti federalist) and a observation by Mr. Corbin (federalist):

Constitutional Convention - MONDAY, June 16, 1788. [1] [Elliot misprinted this as Monday, June 14, 1788.]


Patrick Henry:
We are told, we are afraid to trust ourselves; that our own representatives Congress will not exercise their powers oppressively;  that we shall not enslave ourselves; that the militia cannot enslave themselves,

 Who has enslaved France, Spain, Germany, Turkey, and other countries which groan under tyranny? They have been enslaved by the hands of their >>>"own people".  


If it will be so in America
, it will be only "as it has "been" every where else".



Mr. Corbin: "......Animadverting on Mr. Henry's observations, that the French had been the instruments of their own slavery, that the Germans had enslaved the Germans, and the Spaniards the Spaniards,  he askedif those nations knew any thing of representation.

>>> The "want" of "this knowledge" was the "principal"cause of their bondage."  



Patrick Henry:
"...At the revolution, it must be admitted that it was their sense to set down those great rights which ought, in all countries, to be held inviolable and sacred. Virginia did so, we all remember. She made a compact to reserve, expressly, certain rights.

When fortified with full, adequate, and abundant "representation",was she satisfied with that representation?

 "No".".

She most cautiously and guardedly reserved and secured those invaluable, inestimable rights and privileges, whichno people, inspired with the least glow of patriotic liberty, ever did, "or ever can", abandon." "When our government was first instituted in Virginia, we declared the "common law" of England to be "in force"."

In summary, the previous organization problems we felt were the result, in part, of that earlier confusion, which we believe has been solved. Some previous  State Chairs have returned simply because we have clarified our Party stand.  This clarity seems to be recognized by our

Current Issues:

AMERICAN PATRIOT PARTY STAND ON
NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION

1.)On the issue of a National or "Real ID" the American Patriot Party stands firmly against any such "National Identification".


2.) It is the attempt by federal agencies pressed on by private institutions  and interests under the "guise" of necessity or public welfare to use simple  border issues and the random acts of criminals to enact laws to shackle the  freedoms and liberties of United States Citizens. border issues are not an  excuse to number the citizenry of the states. Immigration)

Rights of the Colonists 1772: Rights as Men:  All Men have a Right to remain in a State of Nature as long as they please: And in case of intolerable Oppression, Civil or Religious, to leave the Society they belong to, and "enter into another".--

In short it is the greatest absurdity to suppose it in the power of one or any number of men at the entering into society, to renounce theiressential natural rights, .... as is before observed, are life "liberty" and property.

"The natural "liberty" of man is to be free from any superior power on earth, and
notto be under the will or legislative authority of man; but only to have the law of nature for his rule."--


3.) Such national ID is rooted in socialism and the propagation of "fear" alone, instigated by the fearful and manipulative bureaucratic and private powers to organize people into their own "designs" .

 John Adams: "Fear is the foundation of most governments; but it is so sordid and brutal a passion, and renders men in whose breasts it predominates so stupid and miserable,that Americans will not be likely to approve of any political institution which is founded on it." Thoughts on Government, 1776

Thomas Jefferson: "When governments fear the people there is liberty.

Whenthe people fear the government there "is" tyranny."



 4.) It is the position of the American Patriot Party that Tyranny "is" present; And to seriously urge that all representatives lay down any contemplation of it and bar all private enterprise from establishing any construction of it; for any reason what so ever..

Declaration of Independence:

"That, to secure "these" rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the
"consent" of the governed; that, whenever "any form" of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the "right" of "the people" to "alter" or to "abolish" it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces
a "design" to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government and to provide new guards for their future security.



5.) It is the expansion of powers the Constitution does not grant; It is a perversion of the Constitution:

George Mason: "But I wish a clause in the Constitution, with respect to all powers which are not granted, that they are retained by the states.

Otherwise, the power of providing for the "general welfare" may be "perverted" to its "destruction". .... Unless there be some express declaration thatevery thing not given is "retained", it will be carried to any power Congress may please."



6.)  It is the enactment of human slavery and control.

Samuel Adams, Rights of the Colonists, 1772

"If men through fear, fraud or mistake, should "in terms" renounce and give up any essential natural right, the eternal law of reason and the great end  of society, would absolutely vacate such renunciation; the right to freedom  being the gift of God Almighty, it is not in the power of Man to alienate  this gift, and voluntarily become a slave."



7.) It is the removal of the essential rights of "property of person", of consent, of privacy and of liberty:

"...Now what liberty can there be, where property is taken away without consent?

"The supreme power cannot Justly take from any man, any part of his property without his "CONSENT", in person or by his Representative.--"

" These are some of the first principles of natural law & Justice, and the great Barriers of all free states," ...



8.) It is the chainwork and shackles of national taxation schemes and subjugation to a socialist and  tyrannical governmental power.

Patrick Henry: ... "A bill of rights may be summed up in a few words. What do they tell us? That our rights are reserved. Why not say so? Is it because it will consume too much paper? Gentlemen's reasoning against a "bill of rights" does not satisfy me. Without saying which has the right side, it remains doubtful. A bill of rights is a favorite thing with the Virginians and the people of the other states likewise. It may be their prejudice, but the government ought to suit their geniuses; otherwise, its operation will be unhappy.

A bill of rights, even if its necessity be doubtful, will
exclude the possibility of dispute; and, with great submission, I think the best way is to "have no dispute".

In the present Constitution
(Articles of Confederacy and Virginia Constitution), they are restrained from issuing general warrants to search suspected places, or seize persons not named, without evidence of the commission of a fact, &c. There was certainly some celestial influence governing those who deliberated on that Constitution; for they have, with the most cautious and enlightened circumspection, guarded those indefeasible rights which ought ever to be held sacred!

The officers of Congress
(of the proposed Constitution)may come upon you now, fortified with all the terrors of paramount federal authority.Excisemenmay comein multitudes;for the limitation of their numbers no man knows.

They may, unless the
general government be restrainedby a bill of rights, or some similar restriction, go into your cellars and rooms, and search, ransack, and {449}measure, every thing you eat, drink, and wear.

They ought to be restrained Within proper bounds.

With respect to the freedom of the press, I need say nothing; for it is hoped that the gentlemen who shall compose Congress will take care to infringe as "little as possible" the rights of human nature. This will result from their ""integrity". They should, from prudence, abstain from violating the rights of their constituents. They are not, however, "expressly" restrained.  But whether they will intermeddle with that palladium of our liberties or not, I leave you to determine."



9.)Regardless of law, the natural law is clear, it is to be anonymous to any power

10.) It is an immeasurable crime against freedom and a free people to be branded like cattle for convenience of the federal and state bureaucracies or private collectives, for which no remedy but resolve by defiance and removal by force shall be given should any establishment of it be attempted.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object,

11.) All free citizens should be aware and prepare themselves in all ways, involvement in representation in government to protect this country and their independent states by refusing to allow such measures or mandates within their states; and to take stock in defense, food, clothing, supplies and fuel with proper rotations of each:

Agriculture, Ranches and Dairies should make a habit of holding back and rotating such reserves yearly as may be needed in food and supplies for as many as number can be feasibly undertaken. All persons should educate themselves in necessary preservation of family and friends and plan for logistics in supplying others.

Manufacturers large and small should lay groundwork on necessary supplies and augmentation of necessary manufacture.

All military personal past, present or future should make their decisions as to where they stand and to where their "duty" lies. Educate themselves in the Founders writings and intents so that they cannot be deceived and make choices to protect freedom and not simply go along with nationalist propaganda and causes that are of the ambitious in government and not of true freedom;

Declaration of Independence: "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor."

Constitution: Article VI: All Debts contracted "and "Engagements" entered into (Oaths and Declarations), before the adoption of this Constitution,shall be as valid against the United Sates under this Constitutionas under the "Confederation". This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be "made" in >>>"pursuance thereof"    ; and  all Treaties (Oaths and Declarations) "made", or which shall be "made", under  the Authority of the United States, shall be supreme Law of the Land ...."

Declaration of Independence:

37th Grievance:
"We, therefore, the representatives of the United States of America, in general congress assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name and by the authority of the good people of these colonies, solemnly publish and declare that these united colonies are, and "of right" "ought to be", free and "independent" states;"

39th Grievance:
"and thatas free and independent states they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to doall other acts and things which independent states may of "right" do."



12.)And to possess powers greater than the standing army to impose that duty should the government (s) decide to "evince a design"to reduce them under absolute despotism"....

United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC).
The U. S. Army, Pacific serves as the Army Component Command to the Commander in Chief U. S. Pacific Command (USCINCPAC), less the geographic area of Korea. USARPAC commands active U. S. Army and U. S. Army Reserve forces in Alaska, Hawaii, Japan, and in possessions and trust territories administered by the United States in US Pacific command.

In October 2000, USARPAC became a Multi-Component Unit (MCU) and Army Service Component Command (ASCC) as part of the US Army transformation to meet the emerging security needs of the United States in which USARPAC continues to be a key strategic player. The whole idea of the multi-component unit is to give active army units additional resources to accomplish the mission. The multi-component integration is important in the overall picture of the Army's success going into the 21st century. With the Reserve and National Guard assuming a more active role in total Army operations and the "One Team, One Fight, One Future" concept, multi-component integration provides for a better understanding of each component's role in achieving victory.

USARPAC trains Army Forces for support of military operations and peacetime engagements in order to contribute to decisive victory and promote regional stability. USARPAC solicits, awards, and administers contracts in support of mission-related requirements, including administrative supplies and services, waste disposal, food services, minor construction, facilities, maintenance and repair, grounds maintenance, ADP equipment and services, and laundry services.

Following World War II, numerous Army headquarters in the central Pacific were consolidated with the goal of forming a single Army command based in Hawaii. In 1957, the U.S. Army, Pacific (USARPAC) was established at Fort Shafter, following inactivation of the Far East Command. As Army component of the unified command led by the U.S. Commander in Chief Pacific, USARPAC was assigned a threefold mission: Provide necessary ground Army combat forces; Support those forces administratively and logistically; and Provide reserves and contingency plans to meet any ground threat to United States interests in the Pacific.

On March 23, 1979, The Department of the Army announced the establishment of the U.S. Army Western Command (WESTCOM). Then, a decade later, U.S. Army forces in the Pacific were further consolidated. Army units in Alaska and in Japan were placed under the command of the Fort Shafter headquarters, which was once again designated U.S. Army, Pacific. The new command was formally reestablished on August 30, 1990.

In the years since the end of the Vietnam War, Army forces in the Pacific have participated in major peacekeeping operations in the Sinai Desert, and have provided humanitarian and disaster relief missions in Bangladesh, the Philippines, Guam, and the island of Kauai.

Although fully trained for warfare, USARPAC soldiers are also skilled in conducting operations other than war. Whether it is assuring order among refugees at Guantanamo, providing flood relief in the deltas of South Asia, or maintaining a cease fire in the Middle East, USARPAC personnel operate far and wide in peacekeeping and humanitarian missions. In late 1994, fully one half of the 25th Infantry Division deployed to Haiti as the United States and other governments worked to restore democracy to that unfortunate nation. Two years later, USARPAC peacekeepers went to Bosnia to help restore hope to that warshattered land. 

Joint Rear Area Coordination (JRAC)

The United States Army Pacific (USARPAC), in partnership with local, state and federal authorities, have developed a plan of preparedness for the state of Hawaii. The Commander-in-Chief, Pacific Command, has identified the USARPAC as the executive agent for joint rear area coordination (JRAC). This task is normally accomplished in a wartime theater of operation, but in this case, it is being accomplished for the state of Hawaii. Teaming with local and state civil organizations and federal agencies, JRAC-Hawaii (HI) has accomplished a significant amount in the short time since Sept. 11.

JRAC-HI is protecting its military installations by reducing and restricting entry points using roving patrols. Guard duties have completely changed. Guards must now understand the changing dynamics of a more dangerous world, and must learn to expect the unexpected. Military installations worldwide are now on the front lines and are the subject of surveillance and probes more than ever before. Guards must be more alert to activities both on and off the installations, and they must constantly vary security procedure patterns to eliminate predictability. They must also be linked to local law enforcement and must be the beneficiaries — and target audience — of a regular joint and interagency intelligence summary. Because of these changing conditions, JRAC-HI reinstituted more formalized guard mounts and instructions — tailored to the current operational environment.


JRAC-HI has identified mission essential or vulnerable areas (MEVAs) both on and off the installations. MEVAs are facilities and capabilities essential to accomplishing the military mission. These MEVAs have been thoroughly assessed and security needs addressed. Tailored after general defense plan (GDP) battle books from the Cold War in Europe, MEVA folders detail every aspect relevant to the defense of these critical sites. Local civil authorities have done the same with over 150 of their own MEVAs and both the civil and military authorities regularly conduct site surveys.

JRAC-HI has fine-tuned  procedures for providing military support to civil authorities (MSCA) in the event of a natural or man-made disaster. As the executive agent for MSCA in Hawaii, American Samoa, and neighboring islands, JRAC-HI provides a defense-coordinating officer to coordinate military support of civilian consequence management operations. Even before Sept. 11, JRAC-HI maintained a close relationship with local and state government leaders, who can leverage many standing MSCA concepts and plans as the JRAC operation comes together. JRAC-HI's participation in steering committees and plenary groups, such as the Hawaii Emergency Preparedness Executive Committee, the Hawaii Energy Council and the Joint Armed Services/State of Hawaii Civil Defense Coordinating Committee, is instrumental in sharing information and developing joint and civil-military solutions to emerging challenges.

JRAC-HI has established quick reaction forces (QRFs) drawn from both U.S. Marine Corps and Army units. These QRFs are capable of moving on short notice by air or road to any place in the state to provide additional security or to assist in any other way. While awaiting adjudication at the national level on the procedures for employing those forces in domestic situations, JRAC-HI is regularly conducting joint training with civil authorities.

JRAC-HI has worked to identify seams in its collective efforts to secure Hawaii's soil and people. This coordination is taking place with all the military services in Hawaii, state and local civil defense (CD), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), National Guard (NG), Honolulu Police Department (HPD), fire departments, and a host of other local and federal government agencies such as the state health and transportation departments. Also included in this effort are the FBI, Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), U.S. Customs Service (USCS) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), as well as selected private firms and enterprises involved in supporting Hawaii's critical infrastructure. The Joint Interagency Planning Group, established by USARPAC within days of the attacks, has been the principal driver behind this effort.
